German
German languages are found across different regions of
Germany, France, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein; Lëtzeburgesch is
an official language of Luxembourg and its dialect are spoken by about
400,000 people there. And now it has become the language of the church and
the state. A corresponding norm for speaking High German, which is
influenced by the written standard, is used in the educational institutions,
the theatre, and electronic medium. German dialects are differing
substantially from standard German.
German was the language of the Government and Commerce in the Habsburg
Empire, which encompassed a large area of Central and Eastern Europe. Until
the mid-19th century, it was essentially the language of town people
throughout the Empire.

Finnish
Finland is officially known as the Republic of Finland.
It is a Nordic country situated in the Fennoscandian region of northern
Europe. Finland was historically a part of Sweden and an autonomous Grand
Duchy within the Russian Empire from 1809. Finland has been ranked the
second most stable country in the world in a survey based on social,
economic, political, and military indicators.

Finnish (suomi) is the language spoken by the majority of the population in
Finland (92%) and by ethnic Finns outside Finland. It is also an official
language of Finland and official minority language in Sweden in the form of
standard Finnish as well as Meänkieli. Finnish is a member of the
Finno-Ugric language family and is classified as an agglutinative language.
It modifies the forms of both noun and adjective depending on their role in
the sentence.
